"Everything started off great until they got my business. Keri initially reached out and seemed easy to work with and had great rates. The rate she quoted for my Tesla were better than the competition. What I didn't realize was that I would have to put a tracker in my car to monitor my driving if I wanted to keep the rate she quoted. She mentioned Drive Smart & Save but didn't mention the tracker; I would have remembered. I switched over my primary home, investment property and car to State Farm. I've been working with this office for 2 months to get the address of my investment property correct. They have had 3 different versions of my address, all wrong. I've been told by their office that they are having issues with underwriting. I just checked again today after speaking with their office last week, it's still wrong. Keri has reassured me many, many, many times that they have submitted the changes to underwriting. I'm not sure what is going on with the underwriting office???"
